Are the speakers up loud?

42 Days

It's 42 days until Christmas so start thinking about it like I am. I've been singing Christmas carols, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, and I've already got my Christmas presents underway! This year has been one of the quickest years of my life. Can you believe it's already week 5 of term 4!!! Anyway at Enrich today I did a Singing 201 lesson. I have got two different solos. One is Hark the Herald Angels Sing and the other one is in Deck the Halls. We are performing in two or three weeks on a Wednesday outside Windsor New World. More information will come closer to the time if you want to come. See you then!!!    

Slapping Nicola

"You owe me one hundred dollars!" said Nicola seriously. "Ok" I said. Slap!"Ouch." I gave Nicola a slap on the hand instead of real money. (I don't know anybody that would pay Nicola). We were doing our gifted study and Nicola helped me a little bit. I feel much confident about my gifted study. I am kind of close to finishing. I am going to do a keynote. A keynote is a presentation tool that is like a powerpoint.

It's a very hard puzzle that's in newspapers...

" What could I do for 'do' " I groaned. "Mmm" said Jenni.  I know you could do, "I want to ? a puzzle." "OK." I was doing my very very very very hard crossword. Over Labour weekend I had finished filling in all my words so I had to move on to writing in the clues. You might think it is easy to do a crossword but it's not.  I have had a very hard couple of weeks trying complete this tricky crossword. The clues are going to be hard to write because some of the words I don't even know what they mean! Today was the last lesson, I didn't finish it but they were saying they are going to run it again. This is what it looks like. 

 

Jingle bells, jingle bells...

Dashing through the snow in a one horse open sleigh!!! No I don't think Halloween has the same songs as Christmas, but I do know that I'll have 5 weeks or maybe longer to learn an 8 minute Christmas carol medley!!! So that's why I am humming a whole lot of Christmas carols. Lots of them are really, really, really old. In 5 or 6 weeks we are to go to the outside of New World in Windsor. Nicola says there will be 2 old ladies and a dog but I don't think so. I am really, really, really excited.

Hic-up!

Hic-cough, hic-cough Hic-cough. "Would you stop that!" growls "Nicla". (She didn't really growl) Yes you guessed it - I had the hiccoughs all the whole day! "Nicla" got me to drink a glass of water... BACKWARDS! I found it quite fun after a while,  but it is very messy.

Also at Enrich today we had talent development. We had just done a performance so it was a fun day. I didn't do the performance because I was too busy. I was on garageband the whole time. I made a song called BB's song. It is really really really really really really random.

Past Present Future

Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock. "Bla, bla, bla and he thinks that time is your past, present and future." I picked up interesting parts ... and practically pretended I didn't hear the boring parts. Did you know that time isn't just clocks and watches? Because it isn't! It is things like the sun and how it goes up and down. It also is your past, present and future. What do you think if everybody in the world all of a sudden got lifted out of the world ? Yes everything will stay the same until you return to earth. Have a think about it. Will you?
